  • The Northern Caribbean University (NCU) Alumni Central Florida Chapter is a vibrant community of graduates dedicated to fostering connections, supporting our alma mater, and making a positive impact in Central Florida. As proud alumni of NCU, we strive to uphold the university’s values of faith, integrity, and service while creating opportunities for professional networking, mentorship, and personal growth. Our chapter welcomes all NCU graduates and friends who share a passion for staying connected and giving back.

    Through various initiatives, we aim to support current students, celebrate the achievements of our members, and contribute to the broader community. We organize networking events, scholarship programs, and outreach projects that reflect our commitment to excellence and service.   • Our mission is to support the educational journey of current students of NCU by providing scholarships, while fostering a strong sense of alumni community, through interactive fundraising events.

Executive Committee

  • Stacey Burey

    Stacey serves as the President of the Central Florida Chapter. She studied Nursing at the former West Indies College 1992-96, and graduated with a BSc in Nursing. She also holds a MBA graduate degree. Stacey is a public speaker, conducts Bible Studies and serves as an Elder in her local church.

  • Everard Daley

    Everard has a passion for giving back to NCU, and serves as the Assistant to the President. Everard graduated in 1972 with a Business Administration Diploma, and again in 1975 with a BSc in Business Administration. Currently, Everard is a successful Real Estate, Auto and Homeowners Insurance entrepreneur. For consultation, call 407-862-9929.

  • Sandra Johnson Baldwin

    Sandra provides untiring dedication and service to our Alma Mater via her significant support to this Chapter, and also to the annual NCU Feast of Lights Celebration. Sandra graduated in 1967 with a Diploma in Teacher Education (at that time called Teacher Training). She later transitioned her career to become a Registered Nurse. Sandra is the Executive Secretary of this Chapter.

  • Dr. Orlando Moncrieffe

    The highly esteemed Pastor Moncrieffe, PhD, is our Chapter’s Immediate Past President. He is a proud graduate of, and was a stalwart Professor at, our beloved Alma Mater. He graduated in 1968 with a BSc of Theology and returned to serve 1980-1994. This included being Chair of Religion Department, and Director of Religious Affairs.

  • Jasinth Holness

    Jasinth and Pastor Holness have served as a notable Ministerial Family for several churches over the years. She is a 1960 graduate of the former West Indian Training College/West Indies College now NCU. Jasinth has been an active and faithful member of the Central Florida Chapter, and serves on the Executive Committee as a Floor Member.

  • Dr. Patric Rutherford

    Dr. Rutherford has the rare privilege of being a graduate of West Indies College, then Northern Caribbean University. First, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Theology (1973) and second a PhD in Educational Administration (2010). It is his pure joy to join the Central Florida Chapter in support of our alma mater as the VP of International Affairs.

  • Renee Whittaker

    Renee graduated in 2005 with a major in Psychology and minor in Mass Communication. Renee was the secretary for Guild of Psychology, Education and Counseling Students (GPECS). She was also part of the inspirational choir, Hands of Praise sign language group, a Student lecturer and Freshman advisor. Renee serves as the Assistant Executive Secretary of the Chapter.

  • Jaymie Pottinger

    Jaymie is on a mission to change the world- one workplace at a time by equipping, educating and supporting leaders. He is a former Dean of Pine Forge Academy, and a current Principal at Forest Lake Acadamy. Jaymie is also a well-respected Leadership Motivational Speaker with a podcast on all major platforms. He graduated from NCU in 2005 with a Major in Infomation Science. He serves as the VP of Social and Cultural Affairs.

  • Julia Richards

    Julia completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Northern Caribbean University. She graduated in 2011. She has served in various roles in her local church. Julia serves as the Vice-President of Fundraising for the Central Florida Chapter.

  • Paul Clarke

    Paul has faithfully served as the Treasurer of the Chapter since January 2023. He graduated in the Class of 1971, with an ASc in Arts and later earned a BSc from Atlantic Union College. Paul stays connected with fellow alumni and is well regarded in many NCU circles.

  • Dr Deleise Cole Wilson

    Dr Cole Wilson is a proud graduate of NCU Nursing Program. Over the years, she continued her professional pursuit to obtain a PhD. She is a member of the pediatric nurse practitioner association, the PNAP. Deleise also has close ties to the University of Southern Caribbean (USC) through her husband. She is an active collaborative member of our Central Florida Chapter.

  • Dr. Keith Harding

    The well-respected Pastor Harding (PhD) had a great experience at West Indies College, now NCU, where he met his wife. He graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor's degree in Theology. Years later he and Mrs Harding returned to NCU serving as professors. They have also served as a beloved pastoral family for several churches. He currently serves as the Chaplain of the Chapter.

  • Duklon Stennett

    Duklon graduated with a BA in Information Sciences in Class of 2003. With a strong background in technology and software development, he plays a key role in enhancing the Chapter’s digital presence and connectivity. Passionate about innovation and alumni engagement, Duklon serves as the VP of Technology in the Chapter.

  • Francine Brown

    Francine majored in Biology 1990-1994. She graduated in 1994 with a BSc in Biology. Francine transitioned into church school education in the SDA Southeastern Conference, and now teaches and is the Principal of the Mt. Calvary SDA Junior Acadamy. She serves as the VP of Finance partnering with the Treasurer of the Chapter.
